Our company began in 1999 when our CEO, Lou Gagliardi, opened a single retail store in the South Suburbs of Chicago.
In 2003, WorldWide Wireless was listed as Chicago-land's Number One Authorized Representative, and achieved status as a National Dealer, one of twelve in the country.
We are proud to have 11 retail locations in Illinois, Indiana, and Florida. Our beautiful training facility in Northwest Indiana opened in 2006 and is a testament to our achievements as a company.

Lou Gagliardi, the president and CEO of WorldWide Wireless, Inc., was raised in the South Suburbs of Chicago. The son of Italian immigrants, Lou graduated from Eastern Illinois University and began his entrepreneurial journey shortly thereafter.
